Anyways, how the fuck can people watch and read all of this crap? Like, there's just too much of it and there's so much horrible filler I don't know how you could faithfully follow the story for years. Jokes aside, if you want to talk to as many people as possible, go after Mandarin, Hindustani, Spanish, or Russian. Out of the ones you want to learn, I would recommend German and Spanish.

Androgyny is pretty much never nice to see in reality. It should stay in the realm of art and drawings as an idea. Take Kaiser Reinhard for example. His androgyny works because he has a perfect face, beautiful golden locks, and enough masculinity to make you respect him as a man. The fact that he's a brilliant military strategist and dictator helps, too. This is all because he's a drawing, a piece of fiction. And in drawings and fiction we can bend and distort reality to be as ideal and appealing, or as despicable and revolting as we wish. Reinhard is a good example of what happens if we take reality and make it very ideal.

Anyways, I haven't really seen an androgynous person that I haven't found uncomfortable to look at yet aside from David Bowie, maybe.

As far as I know, there isn't much of a mod hierarchy between the mods on 4chan. The closest thing to a "head mod" is moot, the creator and admin of 4chan. Also, the majority of 4chan despises Anonymous because of all the people outside of 4chan that joined in. It was supposed to be for shits and giggles, but Anonymous was turned into an agenda for social change and became very silly and stupid. Thus, the majority hates it. The majority also hates /b/, and with good reason. The dumbest and largest amount of underage users flock to that board, it's by far the worst. I know this because I lurk 4chan a lot. There are no "hackers" on 4chan.

What you're asking about is what file formats Newgrounds accepts for Movies. Those would be swf files, which is Adobe Flash with 20 MB allowed, and mp4,mov,avi,m4v,ogg,ogv,wmv,mkv,webm,flv,3gp up to 525 MB. Use Adobe Flash for swf, and any other animation program that converts files into that really wide variety of formats for the others. I hope that I helped.
