there are too many unused accounts on newgrounds
I.E. people who signed up and never used these accounts

i prepose that if an account goes unused for a whole year the account should be deleted unless there is a case otherwise
like the owner is making a flash movie

and i also prepose that if someone makes five "strawberry movies" and post them on newgrounds their account should be deleted

a strawberry movie is a movie consisting of very few frames or very shitty frames, like strawberryclock's B,

we should allow only serious flash artist on newgrounds, people who are serious about learning the program and putting in more than five minutes in their movies
