Well you want to get in to the details then?

1: Go on a tour and see the garden. it should have RETATIVLY low sucirty. Droping some seeds shouldn't be unreasonible. You can where heavy boots so you can step them into the solie.

2: Go to the Simthonian, there is a clear view of the white house back lawn ( think that's where the garden is), break into the roof at night. There should also be far lower sucirty then the white house. then motor drop them in. Do it during a lighting storm (don't worry about getting hit, there are taller bulidings and lighting rods) to avoid the sound being heard. This will help prevent big guys with black suits and guns and helicopers.

You do have a legit point. it would firing 60 7.62 rounds a secound, at 31 dollars for 30 bullets (unloaded), would clost me 1,860 dollars to fire the gun for one minute.
