A friend and I are looking to use these two programs together, but it's our first time collaborating, so we've been looking for info and tutorials on how to make this technique effective and make sense. We're looking to add special fx to flash animations, and import to video (avi or quicktime), things that Flash can't do on its own.

If anyone has any pointers that would help, it would be very much appreciated.

I would advise to keep your projects short, about 3 months max per project. You will be able to learn more much quicker than spending at least a year on one thing for the sake of learning. Also, draw what you're interested in. Stick figures, Mega-Man, Zelda, human anatomy, WHATEVER! You're only gonna get better if you're interested in this. Best of luck.

I played Guitar Hero 3, then Rock Band, and I prefer the RB guitar controller. Guitar Hero is still fun. Really really difficult though.

If you have Creative Recorder (it came built-in with my computer) you can record what you need to get. Record from>Stereo Mix

I love the Banjo-Kazooie series. Nuts & Bolts is of the main reasons I got an Xbox360. I'll probably play the other 2 before it comes out. Can't wait!

I have nothing against it, but the punk songs on Rock Band on drums are wicked fun to play. :D

I know there's publising options that allow you to change the quality, make it into a picture (for icons and etc) but try it out. on my flash the publish button's on the bottom of the screen same tab as screen size. Have a look and that might help.

I don't smoke, and where I work, I'm the only person that works there regularly that dosen't. There's only 2 other people a day working at the fish hatchery, but fuck the smoke coming out of the break room...ugh.
