As for the picture. The color is rather nice, but what disturbs me must be the lack of background and the thick outlines, wich makes it very sketchy and drains quality.

Did he say it was Good? Well I think tracing is a good way to learn to draw... But seriously, start by drawing whit your hand, its allways a better start.

Style is O.K for a funny picture, but the picture aint funny. Draw something funnier about half life and we shall see...
