Ghostcub the professional VO Actor! Posted August 11th, 2014 in Audio

Hey guys! For many years I've had two passions, video games and acting. I've been acting for over 15 years and have studied and trained from musicals to Shakespeare from the USA to Canada to England. But who gives a shit about that?! Lets make some art!!!

I hope a few of ya'll wouldn't mind considering me for your projects. You'll find me professional, easy to work with, and a very dedicated performer. Please have a listen to my demo reel if you would like a feel for what you may expect, but please know I am not limited to only those voices by far. Also, my turn around rate of when you are delivered your lines should be no more than 1-2 days if not sooner, except during vacation times or extenuating circumstances.

My microphone is a TLM 103, I use an Avalon M5 Pre-Amp, my digital audio interface is a Scarlet 2i4, and I have a personal sound studio (basically you'll get nice sound for your project with me.) It is no problem sending files in different formats to suit your needs, be it mp3, WAV, Ogg, and so on and so forth.

I love you Newgrounds. Feel free to contact me either here on the site or my e-mail at daryan.borys@gmail.com

Thank you for your consideration and I look forward to working with you!

Hello folks!

My intent is to grow as a voice over actor who has a great passion for his work and will deliver an unparalleled performance and product to any creative team and bring life to their project with voice acting or narration.

Acting has been a large part of my life since the age of ten and nothing brings me greater joy than helping to craft a world that an audience loses themselves in and is fooled into believing is real during their stay. As long as I have the opportunity to do that, l will continue to strive to execute it flawlessly.

I look forward to working with some of the great creative minds here. You will find me very approachable, friendly, professional, and my turn around is very quick.

Equipment:
Personal Recording Studio
Avalon M5 Pre-Amp
Neumann TLM 103 Michrophone

Congrats! That shit's scary and disgusting so have fun with that! Not to mention the 3 hours of sleep you'll get the entire time at the hospital. I spent 5 days there since my wife had to get an emergency c-section. Lucky for me, my little one is 11 months old (as of yesterday) and screaming contently in my ear as we speak!

Dwaaaaa :3

Same here. Though, I can't say I'm all that active or that my voice is actually desirable for anything lol

I find your voice desirable....very very desirable...*heavy breathing*

Hypothetically speaking.... *ahem*

Just go with what your heart tells you, and since your feeling gravitate towards a bigger presentation, go for it. I fear VO may not get as much exposure as other mediums on Newgrounds, so if you got something fun planned, I'd rather you go balls to the wall and make it memorable thought it takes extra time, and don't ask for our permission next time =) Just do it!

Also, if you're looking for more podcasters for the NWO MMO, I'm up for it. I actually still play a lot of NWN2 on an RP server and such and am playing the NWO beta. I've been playing MMO's since Asheron's Call as a wee little tike, so I have a good amount of experience with them and have played almost every single one...if you need another opinionated fellah still with an excellent sense of humor =)

Whew, finally completed. I just want to thank Newgrounds and JaShinYa for holding this, it has been quite a learning experience and a load of fun, can't wait to do something like this again!

This was my first video game ever, haha, I played it every day nearly non-stop =) Watching that intro took me right back and really reminded me why it drew me in so much.
