And for what you said about drawing anime, I am actually trying to master the anime/manga style as much as I possibly can, so I'm going to stick with it, but I'm also trying to develop my own style based on manga. I only post fanart because those always turn out to be the best drawings, since I'm still struggling to develop my own style T_T
Again, thanks for the feedback :D!
I've been watching tutorials around the internet, and a youtuber named Sycra has been talking about this style.
But he doesn't draw anime but he does it incredibly well.
He said that anime is a style that wants to look cool.
And in order for someone to create ones anime style is to understand how each of our body parts look and work.
In other words, do life art. To improve on anime/manga, dont do anime/manga.
It's probably something you don't want to do and hear, but this is the only way to really improve.
Yes you can improve through fan art alone, but it would take longer and not as good as the manga artist out there your trying to be.
So this is just my advice though. Just do what you really want. Just keep in mind on what your goal is.
I've also been through on what your experiencing now but it was with anthropomorphic cats and cartoons.
So I've been drawing cats from real life lately... and sometimes figure drawing.
I get what you are saying, and I thank you for your reply :D But I've already studied real human anatomy and I've drawn it a lot. The mistake in the arms length was because I tend to rush my drawings, but since then I'm taking my time to each thing I draw. About developing my own style, I'm not trying to develop it by copying others, I simply felt like doing fan art for my first attempts of digital art.
Anyways, thanks for your advice :)

Except the fact that the arms are too long, which you already recognized, it really looks good.
And being a fanart, there's really nothing to say since its a style that has been done to death.
So it's hard to give feedback.
But, to increase your chances of being scouted, try learning the basic fundamentals of art.
Look at tutorials. Try to explore different art style outside of anime.
And maybe develop your own distinct style.
It's hard, but the payback is improvement.
Thanks for the feedback :D

Hi, I'm an unscouted artist so I can't get my art to show in the Art Portal and I would like some feedback for this image, which is one of the best drawings I've made so far. Feel free to say anything about this drawing (besides the arms being too long, I already noticed that) :D!
Hi, I´m sort of new to publishing in Newgrounds and I think my art is decent enough to get to the Art Portal, but I really don't know how to get my art noticed, so I would like to ask scouted artists to tell me how to get your art noticed so I can get scouted. Sending it to my friends is not enough because they don't give a damn, and the ones that do give a damn are very few, so it's kind of hard to get my art to spread :(
Thanks in advance to anyone who replies, and please forgive me for my n00bish question :v
