Worst: Spyro 4 (next to E.T.) glitches just killed it.

If its a PC game then it should wreck the CD/DVD driver software. A perfectly legal Apple software update did that to my PC.

Like any Microsoft product it will have lots of errors, like the "Ring of Annihilation" would do more than kill your system, it would put it out of existence. At least wait until all the kinks are knocked out.

No, but the game was created by RARE, who made the Donkey Kong Country and Banjo Kazooie games. Not many adult games have cartoony characters that look like they're "kid friendly." (other than Happy Tree Friends). Also, how do you know it's not ginger ale?

Some games, like Earthbound, just freeze at important events and eliminate all your save data. Spyro 3:Year of the Dragon actually tells you that it knows it is illegal.

So, here are my ideas:
All characters (friends or foes) will attack you (like zombies).
very cruel loading times.
instant death from falling a few feet.
the visible layer is offset from the physical layer (walk on water, drown on land.
no water at all (walk under water glitch.)

I think the original Spyro covers were awesome. Especially the second game in Japan.

I like the genre selection feature, but I've been thinking that several songs could fit in multiple categories. There are videogame themes that sound like classical or rock, and 8 bit remixes of songs from the 80's. When someone submits a song I think it would be better if they could select multiple genres. I also think that 8 bit deserved its own genre.

I just saw some screenshots for Windows 7. Looks great. Don't know if they are real or not, but it looks like a Vista "borrowing" features from the newest Mac OS. I know that Vista is a step down from XP, but XP was three steps up from Millennium Edition.

I have a Windows Vista desktop, a laptop with Vista and Fedora 9, a Mac Mini with OSX.
I guess it depends on what you are doing. PC is good for games, MAC is good for internet, Linux is just as good as MAC, but its free.

I just installed Fedora on an old laptop. What good games are there online. I found a website with games to download, but none of them look very good.

the originals were definitely the best. 4 was crappy, 5 came close to his original glory, but there was a gay mole kid and overall too childlike. the legend trilogy has a great storyline, but is more like a movie than a game. BTW, Hunter is back in the new half-movie-half-game, but looks more like a real cat and he wears a robe (thats an improvement.)

The new games have a much better storyline, but the gameplay isn't the best. a lot of it is cutscenes. they'd probably be better as a movie trilogy. ( I think they're making one now)
