OK I will try to answer best I can.

Requirements: we looking someone with ability, if you think you can help us with our project then contact me.

Projects we are working on right now: A childrens educational game, (an animal word game) its looking nice btw, and should be finished within the next few weeks.

The main project we working on though is a platform game, action adventure, with some puzzles, got a cool story that we will try to tell.

ok Profit and organisation: Well at the moment our company is new, we made no profit yet, we are new yes. We just want to make games, if you would like to help us then contact me.

If you asking how much profit we will give you for helping then the answer is 0. But the games we are making are going to be play for free, we hope to make money further along down the road, so anyone still with us will hopefully be apart of it.

We are very excited about our Game Ikani Spirit, should be a great game and it has a cool story.

We are working on two games atm, one is a childs educational game, very basic animation required for this, and we will be able to do this ourself. We also have a platform action game called 'Ikani Spirit' this is where we could do with some help. we will need help with in game animations.
