I'll have to go with Rock Band...or Gears of War. both are incredibly popular, pretty damn good, and unlike some of it's competition (Guitar Hero, Halo) have managed to do very well with only two games each.

the game has somewhat loose controls as it is, a keyboard isn't gonna help. the graphics are close enough that i can't tell the difference between pc and 360, and you're probably gonna get some dlc for both in the near future. i'd choose the 360, simply 'cause the controls are a bit better.
