It won't remove the virus but hopefully it should detect it and be able to tell you specifically what virus it is. Then you should be able to look up removal instructions for it.

Turn off system restore before removing the virus then renable it after its removal!

This why you should scan programs before you install them, half the script kiddies who write these viruses just use old code that nearly all decent anti-viruses have the signature for.

I used to get this problem all the time, turns out it is a compatibility problem with vista. To fix it you right-click on the flash8 shortcut icon, goto the compatibility tab and tick the small box that says "Disable desktop composition"
That should fix it.

Would all of you geeks shut up seriously, you can tell that none of you have any fighting experience at all other than playing videogames or watching some crappy jean-claude van damme film. If you tryed any of that shit in a real fight you would get destroyed. As for the guy telling you to make sure your fingers are wrapped round your thumb, i hope to god you are joking, you do that and i guarantee you will break your thumb, period! Make sure your thumb is on the outside, always! As for the fight itself all im going to say is keep it simple, don't try any fancy shit, just watch his punches and try and get yours in. The one thing you need to be able to do though is fight on the ground, all real fights generally end up their after about 10 seconds, so you need to be able to save yourself if that happens, because if they get on top of you and start beating into your face, you are in a world of shit

I have recently installed ubuntu 8.04 on my laptop which has a mobility radeon 9700 graphics card. While trying to get compiz-fusion working along wiith desktop effects i was told to install the restricted driver for my graphics card, however after restarting i get the Ubuntu loading screen with the graphic but as soon at it finishes the screen goes black before i can get to the log in screen, the login sounds do not play either.

Can someone pleaee help my try to fix this, i am really struggling as i cannot get into the options to turn off the restricted drivers. Anyhelp on the matter would be very much appreciated.
