Why not start a proper art thread to keep all your pieces in, instead of making a new thread every time you make a new piece? We'll be able to give better critiques if we can see a bunch of your pieces in the same place.
The skull looks squashed in because it actually is. I should have mentioned that this was drawn on location at an archeology museam but this fossil has an imploded skull.
Here's an old graphite drawing that I coloured up in photoshop cs5 in around fourty minutes. Critique is apreciated. :)
I know this comes a bit late but I made some changes to it, following the critque given. Just wish I was able to edit the first post but there you go. :L
First piece done with a wacom tablet so critique and feedback is appreciated. Better quality in the art portal. Rate it there if you wish. :) http://www.newgrounds.com/art/view/fullm etal-animator/sarco-the-mummy-cat
Thank you in advance.
He actually loved it. He's a huge 30 Seconds to Mars fan. :D
Here's a stylized portrait of Jared Leto I did for my little brother's birthday last month. It was created on Sketchbook Designer 2012 as a vector drawing. Critique and feedback is appreciated. You may also comment on the piece in the art portal if desired. http://www.newgrounds.com/art/view/fullm etal-animator/jared-leto

That would imply that she is as thin as/thinner than her stomach.
Again, I did draw through the figure to make sure the volume on the waist was correct but it's more or less the choice of angle that makes it appear small. I did use reference for this angle but if I had the arm angled as maficmelody had shown then it probably would have made more sense.
Not that I'm trying to be too defensive or anything if that's what my tone suggests. I do accept that it appears misleading.
I know what you all mean about the waist. It's just the choice of angle that makes it appear small now that I think of it. I did use reference for this angle but I guess if I did have the foremost arm angled like
maficmelody had shown then it probably would have been less puzzling. I did draw through the figure to make sure the volume on the waist in relation to the torso was correct but I didn't realize that only I would have seen that rather then other viewers.
I agree with the eye line, though. Thanks for the critique, maficmelody.
Thanks. I was thinking of doing some colour in photoshop at some point when I get a chance. When I get a tablet anyway considering I find it awkward with a mouse. Lol. But yeah, I'll do a coloured version at some point.
Posted up a new illustration. If you want to critique it either here or on the art portal post then that would be great. Much appreciated since I'm not entierly happy with it.

Hi.
I would like to request some serious, constructive critique or critisism on any of the pieces I have uploaded into my gallery.
Thank you in advance for your time. :)
Well, the only thing I could say about it myself is that the hair could have been better defined. I was kinda in a rush to have this completed.
