I'm looking to purchase a few video games soon. I've been playing my Xbox 360 less and less, but I want some games that will get me into it again. I'll list the games I want and a little synopsis on my taste.
Call of Duty: World at War. I liked the 4th a lot. 3rd one blew, but 2nd was good. I more interested in the multiplayer more than anything. Is it set up the same as the 4th? With the challanges and all? Is it worth buying?
A rental at best, not as good as Cod4
Gears of War 2. I liked the story of the first one. I didn't like the multiplayer at all. I'd probably just play the story. Is the story alone worth it?
The story is great, and with Horde mode and a more tactical (No more shotty fests) multiplayer
Fable 2. I've heard this is a good game. I enjoyed the first. Is it a good game I could dive into and play for a couple hours and not get bored? Is it worth it?
Good game, not as good as it could have been, however, free DLC coming soon with more missions, clothes, weapons etc.
Fallout 3. I've heard this is just like Oblivion with guns. I think I'd like it a lot if it was like that, but is it? Worth it?
Left 4 Dead. I haven't heard a whole lot about this one. A bunch of kids I know play it and swear it's great. How's the gameplay? Is it worth it?
Pretty bad, too hyped up. The AI director doesnt make the game that different, and very linear.
I'm probably going to rent some of them. I'd still like to know your opinions. Thanks a lot to whoever takes the time to help me out.
