Well, it's 5 of them every year in this particular tournament, with about 2 months of qualifying. I chose a squad near the final day, which is why i said, my week.
December is bowling month too, haha :P

This is the kind of thinking that keeps bowling from being a really succesful sport. The general perception that all bowlers are beer drinking, burger eating blobs.
As fun as i find the sport of bowling, i will keep bowling until i'm... dead. I'll still throw a ball when i'm 90.

It's great to be able to make some money off your hobby, in my case, bowling. Here's how my week went (i'll try not to be too jacked up with bowling terms):
First, you bowl 8 games of qualifying. If you felt your first go wasn't quite good enough, you can "re-buy" another entry. I bowled 1796 for my 8 games (an average of 225-ish), but it was still unsure whether i'd make the finals. When the last squad was over, it turned out i finished 16th overall, the last position for a berth in the finals (nr. 17 had 1793, geez louise).
IN THE FINALS you bowl another 8 games. 7 people gets knocked out, then it's time for match play. I finished 3rd with 1718 (215-ish average), and got to play against the 8th seed. It was a very exciting match, but i fell short 2 pins (206 - 208). Needed the first strike in the tenth frame, but didn't make it.
So i finished 6th in the tournament, out of 330 people! Plus, i'm 1,200 SEK richer (about 200 $).
WHICH IS AWESOME.

Just checking my mail as usual, and notices that i have over 1,000 total e-mails (1,001 atm) on that account. And i was all like, wow, that's a lot.
Or is it? How many e-mails do you guys have on one account? I could imagine it's slightly less for non gmail users but hey, what do i know?
I get around 4-5 mails per day on average.
I guess i have about 100 extra posts outside NG. I also have around 200 posts with my alts.
I have two rubber armbands like the "ONE" thing about cancer, except mine are red and blue and they both say "GO FOR STRIKE" :D

And hey, depending on the situation, i could be either happy or mad. If it'd make me happy i'd probably take a sigh of releif since i'll be very aware of that i'm on air. If it'd make me mad, i'd continue arguing. I'm a guy who's rather unkown than infamous >:(

I voted 0 or 1 on about 10 movies with gfoxclock, but I got.... 0 blams, believe it or not.
Looks like on CD, 1638 movies were submitted, and only 80 movies were deleted. I looked at the obits, and I think like 40-60 of the movies were old flash that was just deleted on that day. Meaning.... I think only around 20-40 flashes were actually whistled or blammed on Clock Day. How scary is that? ;_;
Also, keep in mind that the movies that got deleted probably were deleted by their respective owners, since i noticed most of the entries in teh obits got passed judgement already before deletion :O
In all, i don't really think a single flash got blammed or whistled the normal way.
not worthless, that's badass. Too bad you couldn't hit or crack open 10k saves from Clock Day alone, but you just weren't quite close enough.
I wasn't really aiming for it, that would just be ridiculous. It'd be fun, but ridiculous. And impossible :S

Hello. But there isn't much to discuss either other than wah-ing about how little blams there are nowadays. And how many saves there are, and how nice that is.
I say, the portal was nicer back in my day! You could rack up blams faster than you could eat a banana and say i'll be back in a jiffy!

I had a great time, though i finished 28th out of 76 after a mediocre effort, averaging 188 over 6 games. Plus i busted my thumb real bad, and now i can't even use it to tie my shoelaces with :P

Hey guys, i'd normally quote all you cool kids today, like i always do. And will, just not this very day. I'm heading south to enter the Sweden Junior Masters Tournament (Bowling). One of the toughest youth competitions in Europe, i think. Well anyway, wish me luck, and i'll bring stories if you want on Sunday night.

I thought so too when i began, depositing every day. It worked fine for two years, but then life got in the way. I have today missed 3490 experience points, almost a years worth. But now i've started again since a month back, with the same mentality as before, keep depositing.
