The best thing I would suggest to you is cut down on drinking, it'll help a lot and it slows down the growing process in working out if you keep drinking a lot. Beer got lots of calories so I would just take hard shots, get wasted faster and less consumption. I just do rum and coke all the time now. Alcohol will always

i do about 5 - 20 minute in-tense runs at the gym and everytime i finish i notice my abs more than usual. i guess cardio is teh way to go. i do crunches and stuff but so far running has helped me the most to actually notice it.
I had a dream where i had like a million porn browsers open and my sister walked in my room seeing what i was doing. it was so weird but it was teh most tense dream ever trying to exit all those browsers.
