Of course, the ideal for deliciousness is to fry bacon in the pan and then use the bacon grease to cook the eggs, but that's a coronary waiting to happen.

Yesterday morning I made up some gimme-lean sausage style, in a little bit of butter, then scrambles the eggs in the butter/drippings. But it's not really greasy because it's not real meat, but it sure was tasty.

Shopping on Saturday, we bought some beautiful decorations for Yule Ball and then went dress shopping. Not only will I actually be wearing a dress, I bought two new dresses, one for Philly and one for Boston.

Friday night was birthday beer. Michelle wrote her greetings across my chest.

It's not a HP costume party (although people can come in costume if they'd like)... it's a Yule Ball, so expect to see people in all kinds of fancy dresses and suits and ties and skirts and everything.

Dec 2nd at Starlight Ballroom in Philadelphia, and only $10! Like Tom mentioned, there's more details in this topic, like bands playing and whatnot. It is going to be a super awesome night.

Tom, you fucking rock, you know? We went shopping on Saturday because the holiday warehouse finally opened, so we bought some really beautiful decorations :)

Because I'm super busy with the Yule Ball, I won't have time to do the countdown until January. The schedule will be posted as soon as I have it... we're probably going to do a 4- or 5-show countdown, with 20-25 songs each show, possibly over the course of the month.

HOWEVER don't be too sad, because this countdown will rock the socks off last year's countdown!

BobbyJenkins is great in bed. Excellent, even.

I'm trying to nail Bark At The Moon with a perfect 100% on medium since I know I won't be able to get it on Cowboys from Hell. I've been able to get about a 98% on Bark At The Moon, but the quick consecutive triple nots which require pull-offs in the solo always get me :(

First time I played Texas Flood, I was all hey, this song isn't so bad... OMGWTF?!?! I haven't touched Bark at the Moon yet.

Back in June I went to the mall for the Torrid model search, and the stylist said that "the industry" considers "plus sized women" starting at size 10.

I'm actually a "plus size" woman, and I agree that the Lane Bryant models are not plus. But I hate that label. I have an hour glass figure and I am full figured. As a result, I am now a "fat chick". meh....

I call myself a fat chick, mostly just to watch the look on my mother's face. It also helps to laugh when cockass drivers call me fat, like that has anything to do with my driving skillz.

Medium. I did fairly well on easy, and I think during the first set (Joan Jett, Bad Religion. etc) I got a 5-star on every song on the first try, and either 4- or 5-star for the second set too. It took me about a million times to finally pass "Killer Queen" though, and even when I did it was crappy.

Did you see the setlist for GH2?! I'm most excited for the Matthew Sweet song... Yes!

Last night I stopped at the store to see if there were any good movies on sale, and OMFG there was Shock Treatment on DVD!!!!!!!! I didn't even know about it, I've been waiting forever for it. I have the VHS and last I heard there were no plans for it on DVD, but apparently they changed their minds to release it.

There was a problem with mice in my old apartment. One night we set about a dozen traps in the drop ceiling of the kitchen, and within the hour 8 of them had gone off.

One slid into the sink one time and couldn't get out, and another liked to burn himself on the pilot light in the gas range. Masochist.

Skunky, I bought the pumpkin spice 3 in 1 body wash from bath and body works and it smells like I'm showering in Thanksgiving every morning. If you have a bath and body works nearby, go check it out. I'm just suggesting it because you mentioned pumpkin pie on another page, and I too am addicted to the yummy aroma of pumpkins....

I bought some spiced pumpkin pie candles and they make my room smell really nice.

Next week I will be experimenting with a recipe for pumpkin pasties, and then we'll sell them at Yule Ball.

Those youngsters today! I try with my brother, who's almost 15... I try to expose him to more music than just what's on the radio, because Philly is dominated by hip-hop and R&B on the airwaves. I brought him to Warped Tour, Harry and the Potters, and Less Than Jake. I made him a mix-tape (mix-CD just doesn't sound the same, bleh) and I force him watch my DVDs when he stays at my house.

Speaking of which, he'll be with me next week. I think we'll plan a night of film for Halloween, since we both have off work/school the next day... crap my parents won't let him watch. I know! Troma-fest! He has never had the pleasure of watching Toxic Avenger or (my personal favorite) Sgt. Kabukiman N.Y.P.D.
