Getting Battlefield 3 seeing as black ops was such a massive let-down and MW2 wasn't exactly anything new from MW.

absolutely no rattle at all :D

there isn't any insulation on it at all apart from the rubber seal around the lid which came with it when I got it.

I am going to add some foam to the back wall though as there is a slight reverb off a few bass tones, not enough to be glaringly obvious but I want to fix it before I sell them

you should man, the whole project with the ammo box speakers only cost me about £70 ($100 or so) and if you had all the parts you could finish it in a weekend
