The only thing I can find that you need to fix is the jagged face line to the right of the face. Reduce the sensitivity of the mouse if you find yourself drawing jitters.
I kind of actually like the jittery eyebrows; they give off the drunk vibe better than the original straight eyebrows.
Also, you need to work on your 'hand drawing' skills. The lack of detail kind of throws off the picture there.
