Right, I'm looking for some tips.
I'm not fat, at the most im a tiny bit chubby but I have quite skinny arms. Now for exercise I play football at school for about half an hour 5 times a week. I don't do any weightlifting I have tried doing push-ups or sit-ups now and then but can't get into the routine. I think what's stopping me from being quite healthy is my diet. I really don't eat well at all.
I love foods such as pasta though. The thing is that I snack too much. I just get extremely hungry and there's not a good alternative for junk food around.
