- Sea salt

Time: ~20 min, once you figure things out

you can also cook a batch of chicken with onions, put it in the fridge, and use it for future wraps to cut your time down to 10 minutes

Chicken Quesadilla
Feeds 1

Ingredients:
-1 piece of frozen chicken breast
-pepper
-blue onion
-10 in thin wrap
-avocado
-salsa
-shredded cheese
-lettuce

Method:
-fry the breast in a pan. season it with pepper, take it off, cut it into long strips
-put the strips back on the pan and throw in some chopped onions to fry them both
-while that's cooking, smear some avocado on the wrap, throw some cheese on it and pop it in the microwave for 30 seconds
-take the wrap out, put the chicken and onions on the wrap and top it off with salsa and lettuce.
-wrap it up and if you want some additional crispiness, fry it on the pan.
Serving Suggestions:
-any kind of chips or fries

The past couple of days, I did the greatest thing for my computer. I downgraded back to XP! I decided to give CS4 another shot, and everything works so damn smoothly now. Things were really frustrating with vista that I gave up on drawing in Photoshop and Flash for a while.
