you have to be scouted by another user who is authorized to scout you. This will happen when someone notices that you have artwork that is worth going into the Art Portal, so you just have to keep trying to make better artwork if it appears that no one is noticing you.

You can still post photography, as long as you don't include them to go into the portal. Other than that, this topic has been discussed in countless amounts of threads, and if you really want to hear other peoples opinions, go read about them elsewhere. The art forum is a place to showcase art, not discuss your opinions about it.

When the portal comes out, go ahead and put it in there. I'll be sure to report it so you'd be banned from the Lit portal

as a place to show art work, newgrounds isn't going to come close as far as quality and quantity, but newgrounds as a whole, kicks every other website's ass.

first style looks better, mostly because all you changed was the thicker lines and a few gradients. That doesn't equal better drawing.

Incidentally just got the trump card achievement, so either it has been fixed or like the other medal the total required is just a little higher than advertised (I got 27000- please ignore my score on the leaderboard as I stumbled on a rather entertaining glitch that continually doubled my score every time I played)

well now people are going to start trying to find that glitch...

There are mods and other artists who can scout your work in the under judgment section of the art portal. Don't ask to be scouted, because if you deserve to have your work to be in the portal, you'd be scouted by now. Just work harder on your art and wait until someone becomes interested in you

this is how it works. I-bot scouted all the Staff, the Staff scouted the art forum mods, and the mods are now scouting other artists so everyone who already has work submitted in the portal can scout other artists who have not yet been scouted. Maybe your standards are just extremely low and you think everything that's being submitted should be in the portal. In any case, read over the art forum rules. This is the wrong place to post it

They've got art portal mods that look through the art and scout worthy users. Everyone whose also been scouted can also scout other users.

2- With the massive amount of art that is coming in, the lack of mods to edit out the not as good art is a real downside. I want to ask for suggestions to be able to have maybe art that has scores that are very low to be unadded? the scout system is very easy to get someone to scout you. It needs somemore working because at the momment i dont see a massive amount of consequence. This is because of the huge art flow.
