Simple answer: new users don't know what kinds of threads already existed before them while older users have seen it all, therefore there's little else to make discussions of.

Free sites like Newgrounds rely on its users to stay alive. Every time you view/click an ad, you give Newgrounds that extra couple of cents so you don't have to pay for all of its great features. Blocking these ads is basically like taking advantage of a hot drunk chick at a party without finding out you have crabs the next morning.

Now I understand that some websites use ads that go beyond annoying, like pop up and sound ads, but this is Newgrounds! There are no annoying ads here, everything fits into the layout perfectly, you can't ask for something better.

What's to stop every site that runs on ads to take a different path and block adblock? Tomorrow, you may find that you no longer have access to this site because Newgrounds is preventing users with adblock in the site. Maybe they'll think of more ways to apply ads so there's no way that you can avoid them, making it as annoying as the ads you find in youtube.

The least you can do to help is turn of the adblock just on Newgrounds, even though every free access site could use the extra support. Come on, is avoiding a couple of ads from time to time a good reason to lock the site off completely and make you charge for its features?

I was on a roll with the dead ringer. Played on a pl map (can't remember the name) without dying until the very end of the round. Got 16 kills and 30 something points in total. Tried again on a 2fort server and my kdr plummeted drastically, meaning the dead ringer is best for large, open maps and the cloak n dagger is best for smaller maps with few ammo kits nearby.

I got sick of audio ads, so Newgrounds has to pay the price of someone's ignorance. Stickam and it's audio ads...
ng doesn't have audio or any other annoying ads any more. The layout does a great job of making the ads a part of this site so they're not sitting in a random side on the page.

good to see people sharing similar opinion. The huntsmen really is a nub weapon and I hate when people say it takes more skill to use than the rifle. I never played sniper before the update, but now I can easily get 10 kills in one life just by running around and throwing arrows in random directions.
