In my school, we don't worry about that stuff and if any part of your body can be built up its the parts where there are muscles that aren't being taken advantage of. Like the fingers. If you do 10 finger tip pushups a day, then after a while (depending on who you are) you will probably be able to break baords with stirkes like spear pokes and leopard paws.

it dosent matter how strong your finger mucles are for breaking ( helps alought in grabing though ) or stricks if the hands feet whatever is not used to the contact it woulnt be as effective.

the spear pokes can only be done (to break bords the advrage ones ) by breaking the midle finger so it is neral levle with the two suronding it (and the bult up calsum this is bad and not recomended for those who have to use then for work.) other wise it wolnt work and end up breaking your fingers any way.

leopard paws from what i know is the palme so with constant hiting on smothing hard the contact resatance will buld up and allow for maney breakes

Some of them actually succeed. Then what are they left with? A pair of damaged, nearly useless hands for performing any fine motor skills. When you think about it, hands are amazing gifts from God that can do some truly beautiful, complex functions. Why intentionally damage them to the point they become useful as mini battering rams? Hell, they should just carry a large rock in their jacket pocket if they want portable sledge-hammers.

thats y its best not to train nuckles but its not as bad as you make it out to be
most of the time palme and knife hand are plenty to train
but those arnt the worst traning for breaking with a spear hand strike is the worst i have ever hurd (tou need to break your middle finger 3 times ) :(

I have a giant creek stone on the corner of my desk that I do repetitive hand strikes on to de-sensitize and strengthen my hands. I find it has a lot of benefit, especially in any of my ridgehand or sudo (blade edge) strikes. I do not practice any knuckle punches on this rock because of the calcium build up it can cause around my joints. I dont want arthritis or ugly hands.

also finger tips would be bad.
