how do you import videos into flash so that you can edit things frame by frame (what i mean is that I don't want the video embedded, i want is as a... movie clip sort of thing

sorry, typo in first post and i don't know how to edit yet...

when it says the loader stays on the first frame, i mean that the movie clip of the pilot stays on the first frame... sorry

So i have the standard NG preloader, (AS2, the tank is not moving, niether are the starburst thingys) and am trying to animate the PILOT so that he moves. but the loader just stays on the first frame...
does any of this code stop the movie clip from playing:

}

and i want the movie clip to play over and over (it's a loop)

my school blocks... GOOGLE IMAGES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
they told us, 'don't try get on Google Images becoz it dun work.
and i was like whaaaa?
it is a regional filter that even principals can't change.
the teachers even get pissed off at it sometimes. but me and my friend learned how to get to Google Images!
they blocked deviantart because of the NAME!
but they still have newgrounds, miniclip, funnygames & coolmathsgames!

my bro was doing a project on sexual reproduction and failed cause of the blockers...

I've had Adobe Flash CS4 for about a year and this has never happened:
I have been making a quiz game in flash for about 3 hours, i tried to test it (ctrl+enter) and the ng preloader didn't show, so i tried to test again and it didn't again, so i tried to see what was wrong and clicked the preloader SCENE and "flash has unexpectedly quit"
@#&$!
So i tried to open what i had saved (i should save more often...) and got only like 30 frames in a... 300 frame quiz. so i started to try again, i forget what i pressed (a tool, i dunno which one) and the same thing happened...

And i didn't know where to submit this so i put it in general...
