Response to: Looking to find animator for pilot Posted November 5th, 2014 in Animation

Like to help you out, but your budget is still way to low. Let me put this another way: A South Park style is around $300 - $500 per second of animation. Family Guy around $500-$700 per second of animation (btw FG is animated in Tiawian for lower costs but still cost this much). The film "Avatar" CG is $22,000 per second of animation with a $300 million price tag just to put this in perspective.

Thanks for the information! I was hoping to get a person aboard who wanted more of a low-pay as a passion project, but your advise really helps. Have a great day! :)

I mean low budget in the size of pilots. Not necessarily $5 bucks. I was thinking more along the lines of $3,000 - $5,000 dollars, with more coming (around $10,000 per episode) if the actual show is picked up. I'm sorry if I didn't make it clear enough.

Looking to find animator for pilot Posted October 30th, 2014 in Animation

Looking for someone who would be able animate a pilot for a series that I am going to have shifted around to producers. If the pilot is successful, not only will the person be payed (well, I might add, considering they will take co-creator credit) but they will also be brought on as lead animator.

The show is a half hour comedy centered around a bunch of celebrities who are tasked with saving the universe. Thepilot will be a little longer (38-40 minutes) due to introducing the group.

There is no time limit currently, but a deadline may be discussed.

The bottom line is that we need someone who interested in taking a leap of faith and making something freaking amazing.

Payment will be discussed, but posters be warned that the budget is fairly low for this.

Looking for Coder for Simple App Posted September 2nd, 2014 in Collaboration

The app is incredibly simply, probably requiring small amount of coding. Those interested will be reimbursed with whatever profit comes from the app store.

Hello everyone. My name is Skylar Ernest. I work for Laughbox Entertainment. We are designing an indie game, made by the entire community. There is no information about the game right now, because YOU will make the story. The programming will be taken care of, but the chance to write a story for a game is among you. The only thing I can say is that it will be a overworld RPG similar to that of Final Fantasy and Pokemon.

You can write:

The characters
The plot
The setting
The missions

So go ahead and get started.

Even come up with a name!

PM was sent. Thanks!

Awesome! Still looking for a good artist for some pictures of scenery and characters. This game is going to be a big open-world GTA-like game centered around the fictional town of Lattersdale and the surroundy town of McReary.

A Small Game. Posted June 3rd, 2012 in Collaboration

I am creating a game and all I need is one programmer to animate the drawings I made. It will not be that hard. That is all I need.
