I've been struggling with my newgrounds addiction for several years now.. it started as a social thing, just abit of fun in my free time. Soon it became a compulsive addiction, I had to long on everyday or else I broke out in cold sweats, vomited, or had trouble sleeping.. I tried to hide it from most of my friends but they soon found out as I started to skip schools so that I could leech onto my computer for hours and rack up my stats. All true D'=

You can't stop people asking these sort of deep questions, people have done it for millenia and it's not likely to stop now, it's just an interesting conversation to have. Depends on what you want to achieve, I remember at high school I used to send myself .swf files for games instead of constantly trying to outsmart the school's filter. Otherwise, there is always another proxy.

yeh I dont feel like I have many problems but if I do I generally try and deal with them as quickly as I can and move on. :P I feel sorry for silly people who get worked up over little details and die at 36 of a heart attack

I find trance is very relaxing, really helps me zone out sometimes when I wana chill. Armin Van Buuren is a good trance artist, A State of Trance 2004 remains my favourite album of his so maybe check it out if you want.

seriously love this band, not so much the new material but everything from end of heartache is beautiful. Saw them live aswell and they were pretty funky. MASTODON is miles better though :P

if you listen to the songs, mettalica is much more simple, the drummer especially isnt on the same par as alot of other metal drummers. Technically I'd choose slipknot and I'm not too keen on mettalica anyways

Personally, I'd say a joke is a joke. It's not meant to be taken seriously, just light hearted humour even if it is about something tragic, a joke can play on the taboo of a subject or be so out of line that it's funny. Besides it happened a long time ago and it's not just 'british' people who joke about it, in fact I'd say from my experience on forums it's mainly americans.

call me odd, but I'd feel that even if there was a very very very small chance that we could create a black hole capable of wiping out our planet and the whole universe than we shouldnt risk it. Also I dont give a shit about science or whatever they plan on finding out with the machine, I really dont know how they could recreate the conditions just after the big bang. omg we r al l gona die ;(
