If anything, I'd recommend a Wacom Cintiq. It's pretty heavily priced, but the results can speak for themselves. I know it may be out of your price range, but it's definitely something to look towards in the future.

Hello, I've been watching a lot of the flash animations on NG, and I've noticed that a tremendous amount of those movies have very high quality sound. Does anybody know how I could get the audio for my animations to sound better? Whenever I export the movie, it sounds like it was playing from an old radio. If anyone knows how to get it to sound better, please tell me - it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
