I got bored one day and wrote a script for an audio drama based in the star wars universe. I show it to a friend who said it was good I should rewrite it and try to produce it. I will be taking a web animation course later this year so i will try and animate it once i get the sounds mixed together.

The story is about a pair of slave girls in Jabba's Palace leading up to the events of Episode 6. There are six roles all together, seven if you count the narration.

Record your auditions in .MP3 format, just be sure they are clearly labeled so I know what character you are auditioning for. Send your lines to Spectre1988@hotmail.com and make sure the e-mail is titled 'Star Wars Project lines' so I will know it's not a spam bot or something. Try to have you auditions in by February 16th. I would suggest auditioning for all of them, or all the ones you think you can manage.

I have been over the net and a few roles have been filled but there are still several open.

Female roles

Name: Lyn Me.
Age: 21
Voice type: Soft and sultry
Character: A professional singer with a great body who likes to show it off. Left home to see the galaxy and maybe meet her childhood hero Boba Fett.
Line 1: So you are the new girl.
Fortuna told me about you.
Line 2: I think they would rather watch,
and so would I.

Name: Yarna.
Age: 40-ish
Voice type: Deeper then average and soft.
Character: A dancer who's husband was killed by pirates who then sold her and her children to Jabba.
Line 1: DonâEUTMt talk like that! There is always hope. Just a little longer and it will all be over.
Line 2: It's time Oola.

Male roles

Name: Bib Fortuna.
Age: 30-ish
Voice type: Slightly higher then normal
Character; A sly and devious schemer, always looking to gain more power and back stab the competition.
Line 1: He is, most powerful person in this system and among the most influential in the Outer Rim.
Line 2: Oh great and mighty one, I bring you a rare gift from my home world.

Name: Jabba
Age: 800+
Voice Type: Very deep, will probably have to use the editor to change it to fit so don't worry too much.
Character: Powerful and evil crime lord, cruel and sadistic.
Line 1: Bo shudda!
Line 2: ChoyâEUTMsa dtay wonna wanga?
