How long did this take?

I plan on tackling (sp?) harder stuff for sure, I've made this before (in the following)
but to me thats nothing special.
I really enjoyed drawing this, hense why I posted it, Its definately not detailed at all, but it gave me a feel for my tablet :D!
From here on in I'll be definately trying to challenge myself more. But for now, as I said, I was just having a little bit of fun.

The image following was the first thing I ever tried that was more then editing on photoshop as well.

Also this is my first post! yay
LOL! Either you're good at copying Egoraptor's style or this is the most shameless thievery I've ever seen. Either way, it seems rather pointless to rip off a style that is based on bad-on-purpose art.

I wasn't trying for anything new, I was just trying to draw something in which I enjoyed...
I guess I should have explained that!

Help With Flash Faces Posted April 5th, 2008 in Game Development

Okay, so I see this all the time!
I'll be watching a flash, and I notice that the eyes, nose, mouth and what not move on the face... but never "leave" the face.
Its hard for me to explain, but I'LL DO MY BEST!
Lets say, the head is a circle, the eyes and mouth are dead centre.
The animator needs to "turn" the head, so he has the eyes and mouth go to one side.
But once the eyes/mouth get to the edge, they begin to disappear, instead of going off the face.
i.e the face is a boundary... almost like there is a layer covering everything BUT the face so that the eyes and mouth become no longer visible.
I am assuming this is actionscript, and that's something I am not so great at.

If you can understand me! please help, hahaha, sorry I'm not the best at describing things.
