How do you make a preloader that will show you how much percent is loaded?

well im using goldwave and ask what kind of effects i can do and ill tell you!

well i think that newgrounds should just show a flash after a show is done and then go to the next show when the flash is done.
well i dont care what anybady says pico unloaded should be showed everywhere and same with the fallen angel movie that is coming out!
and anyway pico should be turned into a series or something, and for those who say it costs alot of money; tom and wade are prolly making a hell of alot of money for alien hominid, and all the adds on this site!
well then they should atleast play the pico unloaded! or make a commercial for NG.
My idea for NG is to land a deal with a television broadcast station, and air the number one flash on newgrounds once every month! I already emailed Tom and Wade about it but i gues they think its a bad idea since they arent emailing me back about it! So post here to tell me what you think!

I have always wondered how to raise your Ng rank. Iv been using newgrounds for a while and my rank still hasnt changed!
if i wanted to make a little character fight, how would i make him kick when "a" is pressed, punch when "s" is pressed and crouch when "down" is pressed?
I already have the graphics of him crouching punching and kicking so i need to know how to do that!
what the hell are you talkin about there is no such thing as advanced mode for actionscript its either you have flash player 7 and mx 2004 or you have limited actionscript for older versions!

yeah i need concept stuff.
to import audio into your flash you go to "file" and then to "import" then go to "library". Then brows for the file!
And to match your voices with the flash you have to have the voice actors watch the flash as they act it out!
i really need to know how to compress music!!!
