ive smoked several variations. 5x salvia gave me a 30 second trip... when i closed my eyes, i could see watermelons and icecubes floating around. i tried to talk to my friend, but it turned into incoherent babbling and degenerated into us cracking up.
40x salvia gave me several good long trips. i did it with a group of friends, and every time we would all end up laughing our asses and sucking at communicating with each other until we came down. the last trip, i took a huge rip and held it in for 30 seconds. i can't remember anything between then and when i found myself down on the patio smoking weed 20 minutes later.

ive never had a scary trip although they can happen. just make sure you're in a safe place when you do it and have someone there with you who isn't all fucked up

i can say from experience, a well animated flash takes about ten times as long to make as a well edited film. ive made numerous decent live action films that i edited, in their entirety, in the course of a few days. i've also made numerous flashes that got so complex and difficult that they've taken months, even years to make... and im STILL not finished with em.
and if you want to get into it even more, a traditional animation takes ten times as long as both a flash and a film combined.

in short, dont act like you know the first thing about flash animation when you've never made one yourself

ugh i mean its not the worst flash in the world but it pisses me off. maybe its because last month, two subpar flashes with "newgrounds" in the title also won the 250. or maybe i just hate it because of what it has created. basically, now all you have to do to get a blue score in the portal is put your username followed by "newgrounds" in the title of your flash. from then on, you can pretty much just directly steal other people's work under the guise of "showcasing" it and use it for your own personal benefit.
its also too site specific, for once artists should be looking outside of NG and outside of the internet altogether for inspiration. that way, for once maybe they can make stuff thats worthwhile outside of a niche audience.

that doesnt mean i promote spam though. i honestly put a lot of hard work into making dailytoons pretty good quality this season, and purposely differentiating them from the usual dogshit that crews like the KK and their spinoffs spew out. the goal was to use as little avitar animation as possible, and this gave artists a lot more freedom. some great underappreciated avant garde type animators like newshape and notorious contributed this season.

but none of you would give em a chance except tom, you usually just generalized them as spam. i dont know how you can accuse us of mass voting, i mean think about it... after the time limit voting system got scrapped, stat whores (who are now the only people who vote on under judgment shit) could vote 5 on dailytoons every day without watching them. as a result, every dailytoon passed with around a 3.2, which pissed off people like you if you felt the flash was bad and pissed off people like us if we felt the flash was good (like in the case of 400).

each dailytoon ended up with around 400 views, 250 of which weren't so much views as they were page hits from stat whores. this is demoralizing if you're an animator trying to make a name for yourself. the current judgment system is pretty much a lose-lose situation for both casual viewers and up and coming artists. the only winner is the obsessive stat whore loser, making their worthless userpages prettier with shiny badges and showing it off to their Wi/Ht forum friends.

anyways yeah im not gonna knock luis he's a better animator than i and probly would have more use for that trophy.
