Response to: Censorship Posted November 20th, 2013 in NG News

As much as I agree with Newgrounds Anti-Censorship policy, the fact that somone would choose to create a Sandy Hook Game is highly distasteful.

Mental Health services in this country are a fucking train wreck. Republicans want to call the new healthcare website a "train wreck" over and over again, but a malfunctioning website is about as "trainwreckish" as stubbing one's toe against a piece of furniture.

Gus Creigh would be alive right now and his dad wouldn't be in the hospital if their wasn't a shortage of beds at the psychatric hospital Gus tried to check himself into last night.

Adam Lanza, the Sandy Hook Shooter, autistic but high functioning autistics are often stuck in mental health programs where all they do is solve some 1970ish psychiatric puzzles. However, his mom encouraged incorrigible behavior instead of helping him put his mind of his to work.

James Eagan Holmes, an outstanding academic who until 2011 he had the life until he became withdrawn and his grades slipped the following year. Something, maybe a mental illiness or poisioning may have turned the bright neuroscientist into a bomb-making, gun-collecting, mass-murderer with egregious red hair. There is snapping from the stress of school and then there is sudden withdraw followed by terrible violence.

Seung-Hui Cho, again college educated. Depression, Anxiety, social withdraw. Seemed like everything was coming up Milhouse for the Virginal Tech student up until the last couple of years of school when mentally he broke down.

Harris and Klebold, often show up whenever the news media needs a comparison between some kid who's had a mental breakdown with access to firearms and making really, really, really, really bad decisions. Next year marks the 15th anniversary of their pathetic and ruthless evil actions. Hundreds of other workplace, school, and public shootings have happened since April 20, 1999. And yet through that time, there has been ZERO HELP FOR INCREASING ACCESS TO MENTAL HEALTH SERVICES IN THIS COUNTRY! If only a psychiatric doctor was as easy to get a hold of as a gun or SSRIs, and if only seeking help for such aid wasn't punished with feeling of ostracization in this country or discrimination.

Everyone loses their minds at least one point in their life. Either from old age, the death of someone dear to them, high stress and anxeity, etc.

We can pass all the Anti-Bullying laws we want until we wrap kids in bubble wrap and kevlar, arm teachers and every other person where a gun really is not part of the profession, and put everyone on high doeses of Prozac, Paxil, Lithium, Welbutrin, and other prescription crap and it won't make a lick of difference until seeing a shrink or other MENTAL HEALTH services and still be singled out, break down and be cast out because their is some quality that some young white teeenage boy has to two boys in Colorado in a town they've never heard of.

The more we punish or abuse people who need to mental health services, there will still be a group of people in this country living in poverty, and not being accepted by their peers, because they are viewed as "unstable", which is why people are loners to begin with.

I am seriously considering writing all of my blog entries in ENCRYPTED CODES from now on. It appears to have worked, although the next time, it will be neccessary to take down the censors through means of illicit programming.

The will to dismantle the the Great Firewall of China has been enbolden by this social experiement.

The future of this website will depend on whether or not we can take down the barriers that prevent our freedom of expression.

Worst. Prank. Ever.

It was in bad taste, even for American standards.

Let it be known, Mr. Fulp, that if anything like this is repeated, there will be RESISTANCE.

Hell hath no fury like American scorn, especially behind a keyboard and with a multitude of hacking resources freely available and downloaded incase of such an emergency like the one we had yesterday.

Bill Hicks Collab Idea Posted December 19th, 2007 in General

With the return of American Gladiators to Television (because Jeff Zucker of NBC is truely evil), why not create a Bill Hicks collab.

:"So there, we have figured out, go back to bed America, your government has figured out how it all transpired. Go back to bed America, your government is in control again. Here, here's American Gladiators. Watch this, shut up! Go back to bed America, here's American Gladiators. Here's 56 channels of it. Watch these pituitary retards bang their f****** skulls together and congratulate you on living in the land of freedom. Here you go America - you are free, to do as we tell you. You are free, to do as we tell you." --Bill Hicks (1961-1994)

Tesla > Edison

Alternating Current meant we have reduced number of electrical wires and lesser risk of electrical fires, something Edison's Direct Current became known for.

Besides, if Tesla was around today we wouldn't have to worry about electric companies increasing our electric bills 400%. (I'm talking to you Illinois Newgrounds Users.)

Also, anyone see The Prestige? David Bowie as Nikola Tesla. Freaking awsome!

Yes, but this website does have a few good advertizers, even some of its own advertising (for example, the ads for Alien Hominid). In understand that advertising is important to pay the bills for the website, but when people use unorthodox methods to steal revenue by discouraging potential customers who may be intersted in something by one of the legit advertisers.

In fact, I foud out that you don't even need to click on anything enclosed in ... . The trigger occurs when you click on ANYTHING even right clicking.

These malevolent advertisers are loaded to the gills with cookies that are used to track people. This translates into a potential security exploit once again robbing this website and violating the visitors.

Popup malevolence! Posted July 15th, 2006 in General

Like the alien spawn than crawls out of the facehugger into your stomach and burst out of your chest, the mallicous coders are out in full force lately. After doing some observations, it appears that the popup codes have been reembed into the webpages such that you don't need to move forward or back in your history, as did the first generation of pop-ups. (Second generation would be the ads that looked like system messages for Windows. Third generation, were the auto installers and dialers. Fourth gen, the "pop-under")

Now the pop-up load themsevles silently wating for you to CLICK on an object. The system works similarly to the Adwords system that hyjacks the webpages by making certain keywords appear green and with underline.

What a more rotten thing than to make you read their advertising than to have advertisers make you view AND NOW LISTEN to their advertisements for shit with don't need than to undermind the popup blocking functionality of the web browser and to abuse your own volition!

Why exactly are you calling a boycott? :S

Lately, Deviant Art has banned people for submissions and language used.

Just like bleedman, I was recently suspended for using strong lanugage. The person who had been harrassing me to the point that I used such strong language has NOT been susspened. It takes TWO to fight. Because I could not find any link in the forum that allowed me to contact an adminstrator, the situation escalated. Frustrated that there was no way to handle this dispute maturely, I started to fire back to defend myself. The moderators noticed the language instead of the situation that invoked such anger. The harrassing member got away with his violation. I got a one-week suspension for defending myself.

I wasn't trying to take effort for what happened. I can't win with you little emo bastards. Geez. Take a prozac and get off my case!

I was stating that I was angry about what he posted. 1. It sucked. 2. It was poorly done. 3. It was a piece of racist crap!

What I was doing is I was appologizing for all the times I stood up for Illwill. Seeing as how most of you signed up for Newgrounds post-2003 most of you don't even know who I am. Based on the responses in this thread, most of you don't even deserve to know who I am. I am not some egocentric asshole.

I did vote zero on the movie. As just one person, I take no credit for the blamming or deletion of this racists piece of garbage. It takes more than one person to kill a movie.

I guess there is no point in praising everyone else for giving it a bad score or writing angry letters to get rid of it.

I think this flash movie that Tobunshi made pretty much sums up my opinion about you jerks who think I'm taking credit for something that was a group effort.

Eyesonlyus Blams An Illwill? Yes. Posted April 3rd, 2006 in General

Do not adjust your monitor. Yes, I, the real, the one, the only EyesOnlyUS gave a ZERO rating on Illwillpress's latest movie. As you all know, it was blammed last week thanks to you the vigilant NewGrounds viewer.

Now I know there are some of you who are like "Big f***ing deal" or "Who gives a damn." or even "You'll just give him a five on Thrusday, you hypocrite". This is just a reminder that not everything that Illwill creates gets a ten score and that I can be a fair and impartial voter.

In the future you will see much more fair reviews as Illwill continues to submit more crap like the ILLegal Immigrant Special and the Hurricane Katrina Special. Illwill is going to see alot more zeros in the future unless he can come up with some better content. He will definitely see more zeros if he does anything like we saw last week.

Until then,

EyesOnlyUS

Response to: Idea: Kmfdm Project Posted January 21st, 2006 in General

They aren't looking for child porn traders. They are looking for overall disidence (sp). They are looking for people who search regular porn. They are looking for people who are searching paraphillia instead of paedophillia. That means if you are into BSDM, Big Brother is watching you. They are looking for anarchy against the status quo. They are also looking for people who are doing abnormal searches. Not searches relating to porn but science, technology, downloading music and media.

They have sold out to corporate and religious interest if you haven't figured that out. They have turned faith into a corporate entity. They have made it seem normal to be charged $3/gal for gas so that corporations can fund projects to destroy everyone but themselves. They want to build an oil pipeline ACROSS CANDA in through the MIDWESTERN UNITED STATES, not through Texas, not along the west coast, not to the east coast. They will destroy the environment in the name of their new god: the almighty dollar.

It is speech like that previous paragraph that the governement wants to control.

Response to: Idea: Kmfdm Project Posted January 21st, 2006 in General

Floating this thread back to the top. I think I should have posted this thread at an earlier time yesterday.

Idea: Kmfdm Project Posted January 21st, 2006 in General

I feel that it is important for such a project to be forged. With the way things are going in the world, now is a great time to develop such a project.

In a world full of corporate music artists and of governments that are stripping the rights of the people that 230 years ago we wrote to ensure the human rights to free speech, personal privacy, to defend ourselves from the government from taking our property and our freedom, and the right to speak out against the government when the government has stepped over its boundries of power.

Now this is not a thread for political debate. If you want to debate about this subject, start a thread in the Politics category. I would like to help contribute to the project by offering the sound track.

The soundtrack theme will be Stars & Stripes by KMFDM from the WWIII CD. The song has a length of exactly 4 minutes.

Google the Lyrics before the government subpoenas your Google Searching.

True, but time is not a factor in probablity. You win or you lose. This is based on if ONE person has more than one ticket or account. It does not compare to how others enter the game.

One person can easily own the majority of entries if the group is small, but a large group where one person has several entries can not win, even if they cheat.

Why you won't win $100 by cheating Posted October 17th, 2005 in General

Hey everyone, I read the announcement about how if you have more than one NG account you will be disqualified and it reminded me of this problem in mathematics about why your odds of winning will decrease if you have placed more than one bet.

Suppose you buy one Powerball ticket. You could win something or nothing. That is a 1:2 probability that you could win.
If you buy two tickets, your odds of winning decrease. The odds that the first ticket is a winner is 1:2 and the odds that the second ticket is a winner is also 1:2. However, only ONE of those TWO tickets may be a winner. The other ticket must lose. Therefore your odds are now 1:4. Instead of a 50% chance that you may win, you now have a 25% chance.
A third ticket decreases your odds of winning to 1:8.
The more tickets you have, the smaller your odds are of winning the lottery. For every N>1, your odds of winning are 1:2^N. Apply calculus to this equation such that the limit of N approaches infinity, the limit is equal to zero.
Therefore, in order to atmost have a 50% chance of winning, it is best to just have one account.

Good luck to everyone.
