Not really. At first it will be a hassle for the admins to check the flagged submissions, but after so many incorrect flaggings their whistle will be garbage, which makes it useless. With a useless whistle the submission won't be sent to be reviewed unless people without garbage whistles blow it.

Crap gets through the portal because of mass voting. Katch it in the ass krews get on their fuktard frequencies and alert all their doosh bag bend over buddies whenever they submit. Then they all can go vote five. If people like us got organized we could place a mole in each shitpacking affiliation. When the call goes out we can activate our own fuktard frequency and everyone would go vote 0. But that is probably 2 ambitious.
