I got it from -Evan-'s little Game Banner on page 2 by just unchecking the play selection (right clicking), but you can do the same for mine as well if you want.

i spent around an hour on mine, splicing pictures, getting all the tweens and filters right, and I think it turned out very nice. So check it out. Watch all the way till the end, when the tank and the stripes fade, then it starts over. All the movie clips move slightly, so slightly you cant see. So it shouldn't burn the screen. If you use it, and it does burn the screen, dont blame me.

Like you know those little books where you flip the pages and it makes an animation? I mean that. Like make it look like someone is flipping pages (simple as making the screen black, white, black, white, etc.) and maybe make a paper texture in the background. And then use a wacom or make the drawing look like pencil. Thats what I mean, its more of a challenge.
