They are saying BECAUSE we need a militia, Americans have the RIGHT to bear arms, and that cannot be infringed upon. It does not as, as long as a militia is nessicary. So in effect even if the Reason why we were given the right is obsolete, We were STILL given the right, and it says it "Shall not be infringed.". And being that the amendments are permant and cannot be changed in a way that cuts our rights, We are stuck with that right. If you Agree with it or not. I don't, but I didn't write the consitition.

I don't see a need for the NRA, nor do I see the need for guns. The people who have no business owning guns have them, and the people who should, don't.
