It so happens that my game development team is looking for a talented artist like yourself.
We are currently in the early stages of an old school RPG set in modern times.

Hey there my game development team is in need of someone experienced and talented with creating sprite sets for 16 bit characters. We are doing an old school styled RPG and need a ton a character sprites with full movement and attack animations. We will have concept art to work off of for all the main character sprites.

I'm trying to get better at music creation, but i dont quite know how to improve my skills
that's why will ask you: do you know how i could improve

If you don't already play an instrument I suggest learning one, like guitar. It will help you broaden your perspective and see the notes and melodies in a new way. Also, watching videos on youtube helped me as well. Learn some basic musical theory, and look up some production tips and tricks is also a step in the right direction :)
