It does have some techno elements though, so be warned! Thanks :)
Not quite sure how to do those fancy song link things but:
A loop I recently wrote, and
this is my last full song (though the length of my songs tends to be quite low)
Any reviews welcome; looking to improve constantly.
So, I've had an account on here for 5 years now, and I've outgrown the title MazeMaster. In fact this is the only site I'm known by that, so I was wondering if I could change my name to Epitaph64? If not I'll just deal with it since I don't want to ruin my lineage of audio created over the years. Thanks!
Yeah I did. I guess I just have to wait longer hehe.
On one of my songs http://www.newgrounds.com/audio/listen/2 91036 there's a person advertising their songs in the comments. Not too big of a deal, but it annoys me to see spam in my comment section. Any way to get it removed, or should I just learn to ignore it?
Mine as well toss mine in! Here's my latest song at the moment: Clayborn City
This happens to me too, since I compose with my soundcard in 24 bit mode. It's best to switch the playback sound to 44.1 khz and 16 bit and mix it slightly from there, and do NOT use a program like audacity to downsample it ;) It seems that using free mp3 compressors really messes it up. I have been using Reason, but since I have an older version I can't export mp3, only aif or wav. So I export wav and render it again in fl studio as an mp3, and it works better.
Try remixing songs you like (WITHOUT using the midi ^_^) That will keep your skills up.
Someone appears to be claiming ownership over many newgrounds artists' songs here: http://www.squirtofsoup.com/ra.html
My song (Dreams of Above) and others belonging to paragonx9 are all said to be created be -EON- Just thought I would point this out.
If you are using FL Studio, do you use ASIO perhaps? If you do, you'll have to possibly set it back to software sound card and set the rate to 44000 instead of 48000 quality in the audio options.
