What I was trying to get across is that liberals do not consider fetuses people. You can disagree with that if you want but that's why they support abortion. It's not because they think "murderers and rapists have more right than innocent babies".

I agree to an extent, but events such as these can represent underlying social issues.
If the cops (and by extension, the government) are perceived as taking sides in any of these issues then it turns the social issue into a rebellion. People on both sides would hate that. Now, I don't think there's any issues in America that are strong enough to do that, but it's a possibility that has to be considered in some cases.

So yesterday I was walking back to my room and someone had hung a stuffed bear on the doorknob of the room next to me. I think there was a note too. Anyways, I just assumed it was from the guy's girlfriend or something and didn't gaf

Today when I woke up and went outside the stuffed bear had its head ripped off and was sitting in front of my door. So I kicked it back in front of his door. Every time I come back to my room it's back in front of my door though.
