just as a side note, there is an alternative way to set audio in your flash.
if you are using say, flash 8 there should be a small properties bar on the lower part of the window.in properties, ou will see a thing that says "sounds" where every sound avaliable in your library will appear.
this helps you save a lot of time : D
(in cs4 and cs3 this properties bar is on the right side)
I also suggest you set the audio according to your needs.
-"Stream" will keep the audio playing ALONG with the movie. so the audio never repeats. very useful for cartoons that involve dialogue or music.
-"event" will not follow your character´s dialogues properly. I would only use event when Im making a main menu or something like that that requires looping.
