Guys, I need some help. Steam just got deleted offa my comp, don't know how. I just reconnected to the internet, and it said something alog the lines of "steam.exe" already exists, and deleted the program off. Whenever I try to open steam, it tries to run an installation, and tells me to insert a disk I don't have. I still have all of the file folders and all of my games (they won't run, of course), and I don't want to lose them. I'm planning to take out my steamapps folder from my steam folder, and then delete the steam folder. Then I'll donload steam again, but before I sign in, I'll replace the new steamapps folder with the old one, and then sign in, hoping for the best.

Should I do it like this, or are there other files I should save?

If you can, one night you should sneak out of your room, and lock/barricade his door from the outside. Then, parade all you want.

Seems like he's one of those fanatics, who really have got no friends, so they do shit like this. I've read your posts, but I'm still not sure. Does he have any authority?

Well, I'd suggest going to see the Museum of Natural History, FAO Schwartz, the apple store is really nice, and the Staten Island ferry is also a good choice. You can get on top of the empire state building (although I think it's a tad expensive). Also, DON'T stand in the middle of the street to take pictures, even if you have a green light. XD
Although it's a street, park avenue is pretty nice. The street goes under a few buildings. :)
If you see ANYONE yelling at you from the street, ignore them.
If you want to see how the other half (rich people) lives, see Saks Fifth Avenue. That's one of the most expensive (if not the most) stores in the city. You might also want to see Bloomingdale.
Manhattan is the borough you want to spend most of your time in, it has most of the cool stuff you want to see. Also, DO NOT TAKE THE SUBWAYS. They're usually dirty, and although they've recently made it easier, it's hard to navigate if you don't know the route. Take a cab instead, but beware of traffic. If you want to see most things, get up pretty early in the morning.
If you want, you can also take a nice walk through Central Park, and see the resovoir.
5 days isn't a lot of time to do everything, though. :(
^dunno if I left anything out, but I think that's mainly it.

If they're really dicks (like what I've read in your posts), I suggest threatening to fire them. Don't yell or anything like that, but say strictly that anyone found not working will be fired. Put up tighter rules, stricter limitations. I don't think their contracts allow wage cuts, but if you catch anyone messing around, do what you see fit, and don't be soft (but I'm sure you know how to do that already). If you want to be extreme (hehe), you could always fire one as an example. Remind them that they're getting paid, and that they don't have to be here.

Other than that, see if you can work around them. Put the lazy ones in jobs that barely have to do with anything, or smaller roles. Can't think of anything else. :(

Hey, guys, can you do me a favor? Can someone Get me my signature, except in all text style? You would take the background that I'm currently using, and put it into my text (or maybe a cooler, (maybe smoother) kind of "military" text). To make an all text signature.

I don't have the background picture anymore, but I can create it again, or, if you could create a better newgrounds city (red sky), that would be great.

Thanks in advance, PM me if any questions! THANKS AGAIN! :D

Back in eighth grade..........
Well, one of my friends wanted my cookie during lunch. He was greedy, and took a swipe at it. Part of it fell to the floor, and I managed to eat the rest quickly. Then, my other friend saw this, took the cookie, and wiped it on the bottom of his shoe. We offered it back to my first friend, who, unknowingly, ate it.

He still doesn't know to this very day.

I can't reply because I'm banned but here are a few things

First of all DON'T CALL IT A FAN. It's a heatsink/CPU cooler, not a fan. A fan just blows air.

Secondly, I don't know your temperatures but the stock cooler can do at least 3.2 GHz as long as your case air flow isn't bad.

Third, I suggest getting a Scythe Mugen 2, costs $35 but will get you to 3.6-3.8 GHz

You could also get some heatsinks for $25-$30 but it's better to add the $5-$10 to have something good. Just make sure it's not too big for your case.

please paste this PM into the CCC

It's ok, thanks. :)

Ok guys, more recommendations time. My cpu is a quad core AMD Phenon II running at 3.0 ghz. Now, I'm looking for a new fan because I want to overlock it to I think 3.2-3.4. (useless, I know, but still :3). Can anyone recommend me an extra fan that I could put into my case/replace my old one with? Also, if you can, please explain the specs (what is the significance of each with the performance of the fan).
For example:
RPM 1300 - 2000 RPM (I think that's the speed, right?)
Air Flow 86.5 CFM
Noise Level 16 - 24 dBA
Power Connector 3 Pin
Heatsink Material Copper Base & Copper Fin
Heatsink Dimensions 147 x 92 x 143mm

Thanks a lot guys. :)

I'm gonna say a little thing about life, called depressive realism (some of you might've heard of it before). Basically, it says that normal people do three things to get through their daily lives, and I'm sure a few of you do.
1) Holding yourself in a higher opinion than you really are.
2) You pretend that the future will be better than can really be justified.
3) Pretending you have more control over the environment than you really do.
It says that depressed people have a more realistic view over life than regular people.
^you guys might wana think about that, or not. Whatever you choose.
Does anyone mind if I stalk this thread once in a while? :3
