Hahaha, you went through an awful lot just for your fishing license. I refused to ever pay to fish. I looked younger than I was anyway and we rarely saw dnr, so I wasn't worried about it. Never got caught. Though I stopped fishing when I was like 17 or something.

Lemme start from the beginning. 4 weeks ago i was gonna go fishing with my dad and turns out i didn't have a fishing license and i am 16.I went to the local gas station where they sell fishing licenses and they told me i need a state id to get one. That was at 7:10 am. We drove to the dmv with my school id and they told me i need a birth certificate. My mother had lost my old one i so i went to the department of health down here to get my certificate at 8:20. They told me i needed my mother to get it i had my grand mother with me. Then i need a social security card which my mother had also lost. it was a 40 minute drive into town from where i live and i was waiting on my mother. So it was 9:00 when she got there. We went and got my social security card from the office down here and got back to the dept of health at 9: 30.
Got my certificate and went to the dmv and got my state id. Then i said why dont i go for my permit while i was here. Well out of 30 questions i was at question 28 and it if i got one more wrong i would fail it. It asked me what to do in case of a skid. i said pump the brakes lightly. Turns out you gotta go with the skid. I failed the easy test. So i am gonna ho back today and try for it agian.

My mom is a bitch and didn't think i was ready to drive until i was 16 and wouldn't take me to get my permit when i was 15.
