You get Stealth Camouflage (invisibilty in case you didnt know)

Im about to finish the game with no alerts, no continues, and no recovery items
I was originally going for no kills too, but I gave up
Im also getting the Solar Gun on this, my third playthrough
Anyone else have any interesting experiences with getting no alerts/kills etc.?
