This is for an upcoming flash. I'd guess you'd call it my masterpiece for high school. I've just started the animation portion.

Title: The Bohemian

Expected Release: Unknown

Story: It's basically the stroy that goes along with the popular song by Queen. I hadn't seen the song interpreted as a story through flash or frankly any other medium which amazed me. So anyway this is the first look at the main character.

Oh yeah, and I know what you're thinking. The answer is no. This will not be ready by the of this year. Hoping for an '08 release. I'm really trying to give it my all for this one.

I can get the collab file to funguy at around 8:00 EST, funguy could go for a a quick put-in with the menu and submit it.

Also Funguy did you ever give anythought to a a replay button. Like maybe have a rollover on the sign coming out of the bunny from "thanks for watching" to "Replay?"

I really thought I could've done more. (We might be able to squeeze it into the 6 mb range if funguy find stuff to optimize, but doing the rest would probably only yield like 200 kb at the most.

Okay, I'm going to be frank guys. The truth is is that all I'm doing is decompiling the .swf It reduced my last part, but I don't know how much it will do it as a whole. It's also going to make the .fla a whole lot more complicated. Let's hope for the best. If not, I have some other tricks up my sleeve for sure.

i haven't put the preloader in yet and we are already at 8.93.... this is what a years worth of animating gets us. though a lesson to a lot of submissions.... optimizing is a beautiful thing. one .fla in particular was 20 megs alone. lol..... all 4 of my pieces combined weren't even that big.

I sh*t thee not when I say that I coudl probably turn the 8.93 to something liek 6 mb right now.

4h god. who would ever use a pencil so hard... its like drawing with a rusty nail...

you should try a 9H. sharper than a needle. I just touched the tip and it drew blood. But you can't even see what you draw it's so light. It's a good experience tho.
