I don't just like things because of nostalgic value. You'll find the best cartoons are the ones that stand the test of time are still good, even relevant, years later. CNW sucks period. It's shows suck and not because they aren't as good as whatever used to be on.

I've never liked the gayafied Disney channel that so up girls asses that Disney had to but marvel to get a male audience. And for whatever reason, cartoon network has been trying its hardest to mimic it. The only thing it had going was its name. The idea that they had to have cartoons on "cartoon" network. That's is not the case anymore and I wouldn't be surprised if they change their name.

Well I think they could threaten a law suit in the case of this new flash but that doesn't really mean they are in the right side of the law. In theory that should be a relief but it's just small comfort considering the money issue of hiring legal support. "In theory." I mean this is all relative. It's hasn't happened. I think when a flash gets taken down because of this it's pretty bad luck considering it doesn't happen very often.

And no Tom would not fight an expensive law suit in court for something so relatively small like one flash. Like in the case of Lego bitching. Those were all dumped rather then giving them the free publicity they didn't appreciate.
