Obama never really knew his father from what I've read. It's said somewhere that he met his father rarely (two times?), so I could understand why Barack didn't really take it so hard, or take it at all.

While cliche's are annoying, some of them can be quite extraordinary, especially when the cliche is used for the first time. I wouldn't say that the quote you used was a pun, but a very lame insult.
The thing about puns is that usually, they're accidental, and funny about 50% of the time.
Since the Matrix is a movie about life being a game (Which is ironic seeing as I wrote my first account post about that), and since it's said in the game, how about "Dodge this!"?
Very clever the first time it was used, now... annoying.
