I'm not sure, but I believe it was done primarily in Swift 3D. Some elements were done in Flash, and some in Photoshop.

For the best answer, you should probably ask in the Wi/Ht? section of the BBS. If you're still having trouble and there's no one who can help you there, try contacting your ISP or getting support from the company that makes your operating system.

I'd be a forum mod. Over the past couple of years it seems that the quality of posts in the BBS has gone down, and it's really up to a combined effort of the mod team to fix that. They've been working hard and have gradually been making progress, but to me it seems like it's going to take a full on re-modeling of the BBS from the ground up.

Battle for the Portal was one of the most creative and innovative flashes when it came out, but the creator of the series (Jason Steele) has no plans to continue it or give the rights to someone else to continue it. He's been doing a lot of work on a feature length adaptation of his 10-minute short "Spatula Madness", as well as continually updating a webcomic, running a forum, and even planning to film two feature length movies with Robert Benfer (A.K.A Knox) over the next couple of years.

He's done nothing to get "banned", whatever you post on your userpage (excluding pron) can not be used to ban you from Newgrounds or the BBS. However, he is an annoying asshole, and that's a whole different story.

Don't you guys get it? The Level 30 icon from the old site has been remade (in a much shinier version) for the new site. So basically, it' the same old sword. Don't get your hopes up for anything else.
