okay, first u import the wav or mp3 file by clicking on "file"--->"import" ! After that, select the frame u want to have the sound on and open the property window ! On the right of the property window there will be a sound tab, select ur sound file, and VOILA !

Okay, draw ur ball on frame 1 at a specific place... Turn the ball into a movie clip (F8-->Movie Clip).
Go to frame 10 and press F6... On frame 10, change the ball's place... Now, choose any frame between frame 1 and frame 10 and right click it---> choose Insert Motion Tween !
