This reminded me of the hostage takeover in our country. Our national SWAT team was so slow that it's like they didn't receive proper training.

Hetalia is one of my favorite animes. But there are some scenes there I don't really get in there either; though the anime made me very interested in history now.

Another one would be Arakawa Under the Bridge.

If any of you hate Naruto, I'd respect that; still one of my favorites too; but not that funny enough.

In manga, I love Afterschool Charisma, happens to have really funny scenes in there too.
