Not sure, haven't tried it myself. The amount of knobs doesn't really dictate the potential of any device though... and I've heard nothing but good things.
Plus they supposedly use it on their own tracks... and frankly I love their stuff. lol
I WISH this was a good place for constructive criticism. It's like the door is open for it, but people are so afraid of being reported for trolling or something.
The only thing we can go on, is rating. According to rating, I'm progressively getting worse. Which means that instead of seeing constructive criticism and growing from it; I can only assume that I need to unlearn recent things, use less instruments, and not spend any real time on tracks.
Tried at Hardstyle, failed. Don't care. lol
Hardstyle-ish shrieking nonsense
FATTEN YOUR SAUSAGE!

No I have no clue why such a weird angle, but this vst kills it. Fat n greasy.
Here I thought I was going to see a license link pop up asking me to purchase the product....
OR
maybe they're planning the release of a new VST?

I agree with this completely.
Wait... iframe code! WTF D:

Yeah, this basically. Probably for a lot of us. :)
Up until recently I've just been doing 'what sounds good' on the piano roll. Lately though I'm learning a bit of music theory (piano teacher), and using a maestro app on my media player (android) to compose melodies, then transferring them to the piano roll via midi. This way it sets the rules in place for music theory, however if I want to bend them, I still can.
It's not perfect, but it works OK I guess...

Anyone out there that can help with that?
You have to bake a cake and post a picture of yourself holding it.
(No I really have no clue what you're even talking about)

Not trying to be rude. My request just falls under the relevancy of the OP.
"N00b looking for coach and guide"
Yeah well, that's me too (exception of different DAW), lol
Mixing= Engineering
Structure, design, flow, melody, etc.
Mastering = Testing
Headphones, studio speakers, volume levels, etc.
Yes, Compression & EQing (and other things) can play a part in both. From what I understand anyway.
Space Captain tried to steal my bacon. Looks like he's in trouble-
Touble on EC7-0 feat. Space Captain
I just noticed I joined, but didn't post my soundcloud in this thread.
How silly of me.
Here it is-

Follow me, I'll typically follow you back.
I'm a bit of a social bug who enjoys listening to everyone's music. :)
I should've made a thread like this. Anyone a jedi at Ableton that wouldn't mind coaching me?
This the hardest beat! This the hardest beat anybody ever heard, it's made out of GUNSHOTS! Gunshots are the beat! Ya ain't get no harder than that...
I'm curious on how to start the process. Do I just send you stems & you send me recorded wav files?

Anyone out there have anything juicy for my ears? I need a new Eargasm beat to listen to.

Not all of it is dubstep. But, you're welcome.
I don't even know what you're referring to "Cracked L1"... but yeah, earbuds suck.
It's obvious I'm not a pro (according to newgrounds ratings, I've actually gotten worse), and The artist I was referring to that seems to buzz around -7.5 is Ephixa, but I'm sure he's gone louder too. I asked him about it and he says "You must first know the rules before you can bend them." Which is a polite way of saying, "You're a noob, piss off."
How to bend spoon Neo?!

You gotta buy them, but they give you 60 (I think) samples for free.
Had these two on my soundcloud (I do remixes there that wouldn't be allowed on Newgrounds) and I could've put them here, but kept forgetting. Anyway, here they are-
Sign Eyed - Which I was hoping to have in time for the Halloween Contest (alas, no dice, oh well)
Spooky Dance Song
Poke'n Beans (feat. KeyDemon) - Which is a mix a RL friend and I did, Country Music + Dubstep
Dubstep vs Country
Enjoy! :)

You two have delivered me the best news I've heard in a while. Yeah, it should've been obvious, but I'm no pro at mastering. So, I'm always nervous that while I THINK It sounds right (in my opinion), it might not actually.

This. I'm an IT, and I support this message.
Hidden/Personal meaning, or just something random off the top of my head.

I was just about to post about this (Volume). Measuring (average) RMS, Up until recently, everyone has told me -11 (db) for electronic music, is the way to go. Again, on average, and I was told that -10 and above are TOO LOUD!!! Also not to overly concern myself with volume so much as making a good track.
Recently however, I've started picking apart other (successful) musician's work and seeing what they do, to educate myself on popular/accepted practice. I've seen some go up to even -6, but the average was around -7.5 ... so, I tried it and it does generally sound better (that or I'm going crazy, also quite possible).
So, while being compressed/limited.... turn it up to 11? What's the best volumn (or RMS) to work to? Cause right now I'm just going on whatever sounds good to me, and that may not be entirely correct.

This THISSSSS!!!! (even though I can't afford to drop $100 on samples atm :( I agree wholeheartedly via proxy)
:no shame with that, I'll have it or something like it mediafired, if you change your mind!
I'm interested in seeing what you can do.
