This guy's reviews are incredible. :D
I was told there would be punch and pie?
I'm also a newer producer. Use ableton. Might consider a collab.
I got started because I decided to.
I'm motivated by other people's music.
Flat frequency response for producing. Anybody's guess with whatever else...
Hahahaha no. All our stuff is inaudible. XD
There are no perks for reviews, not even virtually like rank, etc. No incentives for people to go out of their way.
Not sure if memes but...

Mastering maybe?
I've only dealt with song mastering/levels, but I imagine it's the same for all types of audio.
If I'm wrong someone PLEASE correct.
Anyway, sounds like you're over-killing your volume increase.
So yes, if it could be mastered, then that should help.
Back when I made flash, I found that mp3s seemed to be detrimental (on overall file size and quality). Might've changed since then, but when I used wav files it turned out much better.
Also check and make sure it's 44100 sample rate.
2 new ones.
This one-
Experimental Electronic
is a little harsher/cruder than this one-
A brighter, happier look, at the end
Enjoy or whatev. Thanks for listening!

This. I was freaked out the other day too.
If only I was good enough lol.
This sounds like it could be fun. Love some machinima.

No that's not bad practice at all (depending on your processor load the farther along you get).
If you're EQing by track, that's actually pretty wise.
Don't obsess over it though. I usually EQ my instruments before actually recording, by habit this means that I'll know what they'll sound like added to the mix beforehand each time, rather than after. I've not nailed down a solid methodology though, and I also know folks who mix first, getting all the sounds they want, then going back and EQing (sometimes even compression / side chaining), one track at a time.
If it's blocking your progress in any way though, maybe don't worry about EQing until after you're done? As long as you know the sounds will work well together (no blatantly crashing frequencies), there shouldn't be any harm in it.

But its midi extraction is crumby and vsti support doesn't work with some plugin [though I posted problems to the devs]. Therefore I need a temporary or permanent replacement. Many thanks for the help.
Looks pretty nice, ... I'm considering Anvil (Studio), because it was made for MIDI export. It's freeware, kinda crude looking, but seems like it'll do in a pinch.
Mixing and Mastering are very similar, the only difference is that in mastering you're applying one effect to everything.
Mixing = Arrangement of the mix, song structure and flow.
Mastering = Adjusting of the mix via EQ/Compression/etc on different sound mediums/devices for optimal delivery.
I'll also note that: While most people do mastering on the 'master' bus, it can also be done (tediously) in prep, with track by track EQing/etc, then post eq'd on the 'master' which can sometimes fully optimize.

Could be a number of things. Frequencies overlapping, bad instruments (VSTs), bad samples, no track based mastering...
My advice is to keep it simple until learning what causes your problems.
See the terms used practically (like day to day discussion and/or on forums), and they'll start to make sense to you.
All of them.
...just kidding...
...but seriously... why not?
I think a good starter synth is synth1-
http://synth1.com/
It's free, it's good and bendy, and you can learn basics up to more difficult/tricky things.
I'd say Hardstyle. For the most part it all sounds the same, and just involves a grinding kick and a huge saw.
Shovel mood.
You can plant a tree, or crack someone's skull. Either way, it's crude but effective.
Fish dubstep. Thanks for listening. Just gonna get zero bombed anyway, yadda yadda

Now we're talking.
Possible ways of giving audio xp-
-Posting media of # length
-Receiving reviews
-Posting reviews
-Receiving a # star rating on uploaded media
-A certain # of people find your review helpful
So many options
Their synth sounds a lot deeper (more stereo) and louder. Then there's pitch to consider (assuming you're in A# Major, as it sounds). I'm not ear trained, so I couldn't tell you, but you could try an octave lower...
Anyway, it sounds like they've increased the sound on that synth (Square?) and then muffled it just a little (EQ'd the higher frequency down).
Sorry I can't be of more help. :(
OH and I forgot to mention. TAL-Bassline is pretty fat.

I'm with this guy. Although I don't have a youtube. I get tons of plays on newgrounds, some people downloading, and my bandcamp seems like a waste, but I don't really care. It's nice having my own URL in case of fire.
I lol'd. Jolly good show chaps.
Sidenote: DAWs can work together, and Massive has a VST - not exclusive to any one DAW. You're limiting your options on partners with such silly requirements.
